Grace Foundation was borne out of the need to help individuals and communities attain economic stability, personal growth and access to quality education. With the aim of creating healthy and vibrant communities.

What is Grace Foundation’s approach to poverty eradication?

Grace Foundation assists the poor, and the disenfranchised in our communities, without creating dependency. The organization utilizes a participatory model of development — whereby stakeholders are involved actively in their own personal development; as well as been change agents in their communities.

Grace Foundation is unique because, we employ holistic and innovative approaches to community development and personal empowerment. Our programs are designed to give voice to our stakeholders and create sustainable opportunities for them to be self-actualized. And they in turn, give back to their communities through volunteering.

What is Grace Foundation’s commitment to fiscal responsibility?

We are committed to responsible management of funds by ensuring that 80% of all donations go directly to the programs. While 100% of donations to our Adopt-a-student program and Scholarship funds go directly to the students. The 20% cover nominal operating costs: transportations, costs of printing training materials and other related costs.

How much of the total organizational budget goes towards salaries and consultant fees?

All our staff, consultants and volunteers work on a pro bono basis.
